Class details
The Beginners Course is an ideal way to start Self-Protection Training. It is run on a 10-week cycle with one session a week.
The course offers an introduction to SKM techniques and aims to prepare the individual for regular classes.
Teaching is also supplemented with free training videos.

- Introduction to SP Fitness & Warm-up exercises
- Movement & Stances
- Striking Methods & Combinations of Attacks
- Chokes & Escapes
- Dealing with Knife Threats & Knife Attacks
- Head Locks & Escapes
- Understanding Sparring & Slow Fighting
- Stick Defense & Common Object weapons
Payment Options
Option 1 :£10 per Session
Option 2 :£80 for 10 attended sessions.

Students -Armed forces- Emergency services 10% Discount
For beginner’s Classes, all you need are loose-fitting clothes –
tracksuit bottoms, a T-shirt and trainers are best –
and a bottle of water to drink while you train.
Must be: Ages 18 + , Medically fit for moderate exercise.
